What's on your mind?
Hello guys, i bought this guitar 5 years ago on ebay, sounds realy nice, my main guitar since then. but. idk anything about it... would be nice, if anyone could help...
Please help me... I bought a Hondo guitar, but I don't know the model. I serched on some sites, it could be H-7600, H-760, or ...? The seller said to me it has got a DiMarzio pickup. Can anybody help me? Thanks
I have a chance to buy one for $90. It needs to be sprayed as far as electronics. Does anyone know the highlights? I read the specs on this website. Does this come with the diMarzios? The mother of pearl on the headstock is missing. Did this model come with Mother of Pearl? What was the original price? Is this Made in Korea or Japan?
The EG-794 was Samick's copy of a Gibson L-5, based on the Hondo HL5 Fatboy, also made by Samick
I cannot find this guitar ANYWHERE on the inter-webs! The body is small, asymmetrical, mint with SSH. The most remarkable feature is an OPEN FRAME headstock... not slotted. I don’t know if you can tell how cool it is. There is a Samsung Korea plate over the bolts. Help me identify it if possible. SN S99051142
I've bought a Samick, but this guitar does not have any information or serial number that facilitates the identification of the model. Can someone help me?
I'm tharindu from srilanka.this guitar is perfect tone.i'm used every time .thank you samick love it👍👍👍
Question about id of my Telecaster. Can not really id it. It is not fully original anymore pickups might be replaced. Body is a lightweight ash? with a veneer flamemaple on top. Pickguard is not original as the holes from the original pickguard were filled and new ones drilled. Original gold hardware (tuners replaced) nut replaced. Serial on neckplate reads 6081503. Toploader. Picture is without the pickguard, does not show the flamemaple veneer well but shure looks really nice in real.
Bought this one a short while ago as i was looking for a cheap es 335 model. I really love it as it has a nice thin neck perfect for my small hands. Thought looking it up on the web but soon i discovered i could find info about it but none in solid white like mine. So if anyone can tell me more about mine that would be appreciated. Saturday i will also be picking up a samick Telecaster making my samick count on 3 as i also have a Greg Bennett Royale RL 4.
I purchased a Samick guitar and amp at a yard sale today. I've been researching exactly what model it is, and have gotten close, but there is one letter, the J, in the gold model label that doesn't appear in any of my research so far. I found the KVRB-421 series but not the KJRB-421 series. The second letter is definitely a "J" and not a "V".
Gold Label: KJRB-421-FOY (Superstrat 421 in Flouresent Yellow).
Serial Number: 0120011 (11th unit made in DEC 1990)
Any help in solving this mystery would be appreciated.
i have an old model that i can't find anywere.
it's a black EGJ-3SSH and i know it was made sometime before 1992
can you halp me identify it?
I have a H-785 guitar in "forest green". Does anyone have information about these guitars? I know it's from 1984, but what are it's specs, what is the body made from etc? There is missing information on the Samick Wikia about it.
Just bought this awesome Samick LS-450.
The serial S4090961 is saying that is 1994 , but, the headstock, the knobs and the rest suggest that it was made in Japan (LS-CUS headstock)? S Inlay on Headstock, Gold Hardware, Black speed knobs. What model do i have? It's a mix between the LS-450 with gold hardware and Japan LS-CUS 1991 headstock...? Confusing...
Can anyone help?
can anyone help identify this model, thanks.
can anyone tell if this samick sf-224 is replica or not please, as i couldn't find its serial number
I just picked up this Samick today. The model number isn't listed in the Wiki that i can see. anyone got any more information? it appears to be a 1989 model number IB-421/YSB
Been trying to figure out what model my guitar is for a long time. It looks mostly like a KR-664, but it's missing the phase switch, the tone knob is moved slightly, and the neck has a different inlay. Any thoughts? Can upload more pictures if needed
I have an interesting little piece of Samick-ness - an Acoustic Artist Series Edition, the second guitar the factory produced in June of 1997. The peculiar thing is the model number seems to be a mystery. It looks like SW-22/BK. It's full dreadnought no-pickups, all black except for the white circles around the soundhole and the white bands where the back and front pieces meet the sides, full back rather than split. 21 frets. Headstock has a smooth 'peak' rather than an arch and most closely resembles the Open Book without the arch 'up' at the end of the headstock, no truss rod cover. Logos are similar to but distinct from version 2 Artist - the primary differences are the letters are not joined and rather than the pattern, there is only the 'Artist Edition' logo with the 1958 text. Anyone know anything about the model? Knock-off or legit?
